Dr. Samina Yasmeen is Senior Lecturer in Political Science and International Relations, and Co-Chair of International Studies, University of Western Australia.

She ends with some advice on how relationships between "the West" and Muslims might be improved. Refreshingly, she recognises that this too is two-way street.
